Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken breast (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup shrimp (peeled & deveined)
Vegetables
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup carrots (sliced)
  • ½ cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • ½ cup snow peas
  • ¼ cup water chestnuts
Aromatics
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
Cooking
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Equipment

  • Wok (or large skillet)
  • Spatula or wooden spoon
  • Sharp knife

Method
 

  1. Prepare Ingredients

    Slice all meats thinly and chop vegetables evenly. Keep everything ready before cooking.
  2. Make the Sauce

    In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, and cornstarch slurry. Set aside
  3. Cook Chicken

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or pan over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. Cook Beef

    In the same pan, cook beef quickly until browned. Remove and set aside.
  5. Cook Shrimp

    Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove immediately to avoid overcooking.
  6. Stir-Fry Vegetables

    Add remaining oil. Toss in garlic and ginger, then add vegetables. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  7. Combine Everything

    Return chicken, beef, and shrimp to the pan. Mix well with vegetables
  8. Add Sauce

    Pour the prepared sauce and stir continuously until it thickens and coats everything evenly
  9. Serve Hot

    Serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles.
