In a bowl, whisk together:Corn sugar, eggs, brown butter, vanilla extract, and salt.Mix until smooth and glossy. Assemble the Pie
Spread toasted pecans evenly over the pie crust. Pour the prepared filling on top, ensuring even distribution. Bake the Pie
Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 50–60 minutes. The edges should be set, while the center remains slightly jiggly. Cool and Set
Remove from oven and allow the pie to cool completely for at least 2–3 hours. This helps the filling firm up perfectly.
