  • 2 cups Frozen strawberries (or any fruit)
  • 2-3 tbsp Honey or sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 pinch Pinch of salt (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare Ingredients

    Make sure your fruit is fully frozen. This helps create a thick and creamy texture similar to soft-serve froyo.
  2. Add to Blender

    Place the Greek yogurt, frozen fruit, and sweetener (honey or sugar) into a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend Until Smooth

    Blend for 2–3 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth, thick, and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed.
  4. Adjust Flavor

    Taste the froyo and add vanilla extract or more sweetener if desired. Blend again briefly.
  5. Serve or Freeze

    For soft-serve texture, serve immediately.For firm froyo, transfer to a container and freeze for 4–6 hours.
  6. Scoop and Enjoy

    Before serving, let the froyo sit at room temperature for 5 minutes for easier scooping.
