Ingredients

  • 1-1.5 kg boneless pork ribs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsps paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Equipment

  • Baking dish
  • Mixing bowl
  • Brush for sauce
  • Oven

Method

  1. Prepare the Oven

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Prep the Pork Ribs

Pat the boneless pork ribs dry with paper towels. This helps the seasoning stick better and improves texture.
  3. Apply Oil

Rub olive oil evenly over all sides of the ribs to lock in moisture during cooking.
  4. Season Generously

In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and brown sugar. Coat the ribs evenly with this seasoning mix.
  5. Bake the Ribs

Place the ribs in the baking dish and bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until they begin to brown.
  6. Add BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and brush a generous layer of BBQ sauce over them.
  7. Caramelize (Broil Step)

Return the ribs to the oven and broil for 3–5 minutes until the sauce becomes sticky and slightly charred.
  8. Rest and Serve

Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps retain juices and enhances flavor.
