Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey isolate or plant-based)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or low-fat milk)
  • ½ small banana (optional for mild sweetness)
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Method

  1. Add Liquid Base: Pour 1 cup almond milk into a blender. This helps the shake blend smoothly and keeps it light on calories.
  2. Add Protein Powder: Add 1 scoop of protein powder. This is the key ingredient that supports muscle maintenance and recovery.
  3. Add Natural Sweetness: Add ½ banana (optional) for a slight natural sweetness without adding refined sugar.
  4. Add Flavor Enhancer: Pour in vanilla extract for a richer taste (optional but recommended).
  5. Add Ice Cubes: Add ice cubes to make the shake chilled and refreshing.
  6. Blend Until Smooth: Blend for 20–30 seconds until the texture becomes smooth and lump-free.
  7. Adjust Consistency: If too thick, add a little water or milk and blend again.
  8. Serve & Sip Slowly: Pour into a glass and sip slowly over 20–30 minutes for better digestion.
