Lightly warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave for 10–15 seconds. This makes them soft and easy to roll without breaking. Assemble the Burritos
Place a tortilla flat on a clean surfaceAdd ½ cup of bean mixture in the centerSprinkle shredded cheese on topFold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito shape Arrange in Baking Dish
Grease a baking dish lightly with oil or butter. Place all burritos seam-side down in the dish to keep them from opening. Add Sauce & Cheese
Pour the enchilada sauce evenly over the burritos. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top for a delicious melted layer. Bake to Perfection
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden. Garnish & Serve
Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Add your favorite toppings like cilantro, guacamole, or jalapeños. Serve hot and enjoy!
