Method
 

  1. Prepare Bannocks

    Mix oats, salt, and butter. Add water to form dough. Shape into flat rounds and cook on a hot pan until golden on both sides.

  2. Bake Irish Soda Bread

    Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add buttermilk to form dough. Shape into a loaf and bake at 200°C (392°F) for 30–35 minutes.

  3. Make Honey Herb Butter

    Mix softened butter with honey and chopped herbs. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.

  4. Prepare Fresh Spring Salad
